Clarity Before Code
Every great product starts with a clear problem statement. I spend time deeply understanding what we're building and why — before writing a single line of code. Rushed code built on vague requirements creates technical debt that compounds forever.

Systems Over Features
Individual features are easy. Coherent systems that scale are the real craft. I design with the end state in mind — architecture, data flow, and maintainability are first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.

Ship Fast, Iterate Honestly
Perfectionism is the enemy of progress. I believe in shipping working software early, gathering real feedback, and iterating with honesty. An MVP in users' hands teaches you more than months of planning.

Users Are the North Star
Technology is just a means to an end. Every design decision, every API choice, every UI interaction should be evaluated through the lens of the user's experience. If it doesn't serve the human, it doesn't belong.

Code is read far more than it's written. I write code that future developers — and future me — can understand, modify, and extend confidently. Clean, documented, tested code is a form of respect for the team.
